Title: Procurement Assistant
Ref: PA-A-27-2011
Duration : One-year-Renewable (Full Time )
Overall Responsibilites :
Assist in planning,coordinating and administring,procuremnt functions,including solicitation,issuance and evaluation,purchasing of all supplies,commodities,material and services needed for Islamic Relief-Palestine operations,and maintinance of vendor databases,Perform work requiring considerable independence and initiative
Candidates must possess the following competencies :
-A bachelor degree from an accredited University
-Minimum two years of experience in Related field,preferably with international NGOs
-Exceptionalcommunication skills
-Diplomacy,tact & negotiation skills
-Report Writing skills
-Problem Solving skills
-Working knowledge of word and excel
